What we collect
Information you provide through our contact form or inquiry emails: name, contact details, role, and your message. If you participate in a workshop or cohort, we may also collect responses to session forms and attendance information. Site analytics via Plausible (no cookies, no personal data).
Why we collect it
To respond to your inquiry, communicate with you about the programme, and to manage workshop logistics. That's it. We don't sell, share, or use your data for unrelated marketing.
How long we keep it
Inquiry data is retained for as long as needed to respond to and follow up on your request. Workshop and cohort data are retained for the duration of the programme plus a reasonable period afterwards for record-keeping.
Who has access
Necessary AI Navigator administrators only. We will not share your data with any third party without your explicit consent.
Your rights under POPIA
You may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal information at any time. Email hello@ainavigator.co.za.
